My Story...
My life in the corporate world which spans more than two decades convinced me that true success and fulfilment is only achieved when one becomes a senior executive, or a recognised star performer with all the pecks, influence and authority. So i worked hard until i got to that level of seniority as an executive.
The more i achieved success in my personal and professional life, the greater my desire to achieve more.
I got more qualifications and certifications from prestigious Business Schools including Harvard Business School & INSEAD. I got promotions, traveled round the world on consultancy assignments and development aid projects, met many interesting and successful people, learnt new cultures and worked with the most amazing people across the world
With all my achievements, i hardly stopped to acknowledge or celebrate my successes in life & work
I was still not satisfied nor did i feel accomplished in any way. I knew something was amiss because i should be the happiest person of earth with all of my achievements in my personal and professional life, but i certainly did not feel that way. I wanted more, but not sure what more..
Redefining my Priorities.
I redefined my success measures and priorities in life, discarded old thinking patterns and actions that were no longer serving, by working with a coach and several mentors. I started focusing on creating the life i wanted. This brought me even greater success, more promotions and financial rewards, a deeper level of fulfilment in my life as a person, a mother, a wife and friend. Everything is connected in our lives
I became fully empowered and confident to play full out everyday and achieved extraordinary successes
I started enjoying my corporate job even more, staying ahead of the corporate grind and competitive treadmill and started enjoying life beyond the world of business trophies, financial accomplishments and recognition.
My previous life of constant hustle, stress and anxiety slowly eroded and replaced with living a life of fulfilment and joy in my daily experience.
Helping more leaders stay passionate, achieve peak performance and out-perform expected business results, whilst fully enjoying life in its completeness is my ultimate goal.
